Yoga helps us to move the energy in our body, opens up emotional stored blockages and strengthens our overall happiness and well being. The idea of asana which means yoga posture, is to be comfortable but firm, and let your breathing rule all of your movements. Breathing gives you the strength and allows the flexibility in your postures. The voice of your soul is breath.

In my Yoga I am concentrating to the Inner Child which is a combination of Hatha/Vinyasa and meditation, breath and movement. The aim is a realization of the potential within the human being. An ancient wisdom brings the awareness to every level: physical, spiritual, emotional and energetic through the power of inhaling and exhaling “breath-synchronized movement”.

Yoga has helped me to gain consciousness with myself, and how important it is to take care of my temple. It is the only one we will have in this lifetime, so it is important to be gentle and respectful to it. “You are what you eat”, the saying holds still today, and spirituality gives even more deeper meaning to it “You are what you say”. All that you sent to the universe by your own words and actions, comes back to you. It is like a reflection of a mirror, if you treat others with love and kindness, you will receive love and kindness. Be kind to yourself and your temple and Love yourself first and foremost.
